Trip

Does anybody know about those cheap trips where you have to listen to those timeshare presentations?

Does anyone know about those vacations that are really cheap or free because the resort is trying to get you to buy a timeshare. I have heard they give you a really nice trip and all you have to do is listen to some presentation about buying a timeshare. Does anyone know how I can sign up for one of these trips?

  1. Be careful. no such thing as 'free'
  2. I have been to two of them, and getting the trip is such a pain that I have never done so. They did give me a gift certificate, which I cashed in for a couple of sweaters, one of which I am now wearing. The better bet, if you want a timeshare (and they can be a good deal) is to buy one in the aftermarket. There are brokers who specialize in selling them.
  3. Your best bet is to avoid them altogether...Some of them have some good deals, but you must remember...Keep saying NO......Take the free stuff and go home.....don't let them talk you into anything, if you want to buy a time share or anything they are offering, you can do it another time.Watch out for hidden fees for the trip, hotel surcharges etc. airline surcharges etc. I did 4 nights in Branson in a luxyry condo on the lake and all it cost me was a forty five minute presentation on the timeshare, I got tickets to a show and $50 in gas vouchers and didn't buy a thing. Had a wonderful weekend with my wife in Branson. I keep getting offers from them, but I just throw them in the garbage unopened....Nuf Said
  4. Try this number 1-888-473-3140...it's the Pro Movers Network --- or visit their website. They move several stuff (belonging to diff. families) along a certain route. Their services cost less than you having to hire a van (services included) to move your stuff exclusively. But the thing is you have to work within their sked....most likely, you're already in NYC and your stuff will follow in a couple of weeks. Check it out --- it may be well worth it.

    Good Luck!
  5. e-mail me your address and I will send you a place to call with my name and they will give you a 5 star stay. It's a really great company. Also, I have some getaways that I can offer for way less than they are asking for if you are interested let me know where you want to go. I accept e-mail.
  6. Im glad you asked...

My name is David and I need a favor.

I have a sister that works at a southern California timeshare company and she is a lousy telemarketer. Her manager is probibly going to fire her if she dosn't get her numbers up.

    Here is what Im asking.

If you live in southern California and you are 21 or older and make at least 40k a year before taxes (combined if married) ... Please go see her 90 min presintation.

The company has a list of pretty valuable gift packages to bribe you with. They even have one right now that includes lodging, roundtrip airfare and food! I went last week and it was actually kinda fun.... and the cookies were all you can eat.

I have set up an email so I can get you the gift info. If you want to do it, send me an email with the words MORE INFO in the subject line. Thank you for you time.

    David
