Is skyauction.com a legitimate site to use to try to book cheap trips?

I was told that skyauction.com has cheap deals to go on really great trips. The prices are amazing, but I want to make sure it is a real site.

I've never heard of them, but after scouring the web for cheap ticket sites I found that cheaptickets.com has the best prices. Be careful about sites u visit. some of them r'nt what they advertise...but, then u know that, hence the question.
