I am going to Madrid for a business trip and will have 1 weekend there. What are some good day trips in the area that I can get to by car, less than 2 hours away?

- MY FAVORITE PLACE I HAVE visited while living here has been Toledo and El Escorial. SOOOOO Amazing.
- toledo is a fast 45 minute car ride from Madrid - and it's complete different. a good break from Madrid.
