- At the hotel the organize different trips so you can inform there. Or if you wants to know ask the travel agencies. When I was there some trips started at 35 dollars. It depends where you wants to go. Some are expensive. But there are a lot of nice things in Cuba, The nature, the sea, musea, etc.
- In summer is cheaper and the ideal company is: http://www.ihtworld.com
- I was in Cayo Coco a few years ago. The island is very flat, it has beautiful but fairly narrow beaches and the swimming is great. The jungle boat tour is fun...but I thought we went snorkeling in the ocean...we didn't. We went snorkleing in a Mangrove chanel...it was ok..but not what I expected. The closest town is Moron..you can take a tour there to see the "real Cuba". The most beautiful place was Playa Pillar on Cayo Guiellermo..the next island over. I liked Cayo Coco and would go back again.
- I enjoyed the snorkelling in the mangrove swamps on Cayo Guillermo, cost $35 or $40. Also the scubs diving, I think it was around $50. I was at Tryp Cayo Coco, I really enjoyed it. Very friendly people, but it's pure resort. If you want to see the 'real' Cuba, this isn't really the way to do it. Also, because it's a ways from Havana, the cigars aren't as cheap as you might think. Still a lot cheaper than here, though.
