one day family trips any ideas?

i wanted to take my children and myself on a one day trip this sat.i am looking for food,fun and horse carrages to ride.any ideas.like a carnival,sight seaing with animals.but not to much money we are on a fixed income.just a little get away and fun time with the family.thank you in advance.
i live in pasco near tampa st pete.i can drive 5 hours if needed.we are looking to just get away for the day.thank you
i think children will be ataying home.
