Summary: August 10, 2002 I began a journey from Niigata Japan all the way down to the island of Okinawa. It took me 4 days to travel overly approximately 2100 Km or 1300 miles one way. I hitchhiked all the way down to the southern city of Kagoshima on the island of Kyushu stopping at city cities of Kobe (just west of Osaka) and Fukuoka on the way. It took 3 days
